舊建築再利用精神延續之初探--以台南州廳和台中市長官邸為例

中文摘要

    隨著時代和觀念的演進，閒置空間再利用逐漸成了大家所重視的課題和領域。而這樣的議題在現今的台灣並不少見，從台中市役所到福興穀倉，都是相當具知名度的再利用個案，雖然用的是不同的手法，卻同樣是希望透過再利用來詮釋舊有空間的新價值與意義。

   本文中將探討關於舊建築透過再利用的手法後，設計師新置入的元素對於空間的衝擊，帶出的新體認與感受，相較於原先最初空間想法的延續，和建築精神保存的議題做研究。文中將以台南州廳和台中市長官邸為例，從建築格局、設計語彙、建築理論等角度，藉由這些不同面向的切入進行分析探討，提出一深入的體認與看法。

Abstract

Along with time and idea evolution, old building reuse to become the topic and realm that the public values gradually. The kind of subject is a lot of in Taiwan in nowadays, for example, city hall in Taichung or granary in Fu-Shin also are well-known cases of reusing. Although what to use is a different skill, similarly hope through reuse to make new value and meaning of explaining on the old space.

In the article, will inquire into concerning old building through reuse, the new-designed element of designer for space of impact, take out new realize and feeling, compare with at first continuing of space viewpoint, with the subject of the conservancy of the building spirit. This text will take state hall in Tainan and the mayor's official residence of Taichung as an example, from building structure and form, design glossary, building theories etc. , by these different face to analyze and study, put forth thoroughly realizing and viewpoint.
